Small Footprint. Serious Capability.

Four models from 46 to 60 HP, built for tight spaces and tough terrain.

The SAME Tiger Compact is a Stage III A utility tractor designed for operators who need real performance in a compact, manoeuvrable package. Available in four power ratings — 46, 50, 55, and 60 HP — it's well suited to smallholdings, orchards, vineyards, and mixed-use farms where a larger tractor simply won't fit. Despite its size, it's built with the reliability and mechanical simplicity that SAME is known for.

3-Cylinder Engine — Proven and Practical

Up to 221 Nm of torque. Turbo Intercooler on the 55 and 60 HP models.

The Tiger Compact runs a liquid-cooled 3-cylinder engine across the range — naturally aspirated on the 46 and 50 HP models, and Turbo Intercooler on the 55 and 60. Mechanical engine control keeps things simple and reliable, while the under-hood silencer with vertical exhaust manages noise without bulk. A 55-litre fuel tank ensures you can get through a full day's work without interruption.

Flexible Transmission — Two Options to Suit Your Work

Creeper range standard. Minimum speed of 0.5 km/h. Max speed of 34 km/h.

Choose from two synchronised gearbox configurations: an 8+2 setup (12+3 with creeper) for straightforward field and transport work, or an 8+8 arrangement (12+12 with creeper) for operators who need more reverse speed options — useful in loader and livestock handling applications. Both feature a mechanical dry clutch and waterproof seals for durability in all conditions.

Rear Hitch and PTO — Ready to Work

Category II hitch with Easy Lift. Up to 1,600 kg rear lift capacity.

The mechanical rear hitch with Easy Lift system makes implement changes quick and straightforward, with a lift capacity of up to 1,600 kg on the 50, 55, and 60 HP models. The rear PTO is mechanically engaged via a dry clutch, with 540 RPM as standard and 540/540ECO or 540/1000 combinations available, giving you the flexibility to run a wide range of implements efficiently.

Hydrostatic Steering and 4WD Traction

Independent pump. Mechanical 4WD engagement. Rear differential lock standard.

Hydrostatic steering with an independent pump gives the Tiger Compact light, responsive handling — a real advantage when manoeuvring in confined spaces. The mechanically engaged front wheel drive (4WD models) and rear differential lock provide confident traction on difficult ground, while a wide steering angle of up to 55 degrees makes headland turns short and easy.

Compact Dimensions, Solid Construction

3,550 mm long. Under 1,840 mm wide. Girling brakes as standard.

With a total length of just 3,550 mm and an adjustable width starting at 1,800 mm, the Tiger Compact fits where many tractors can't. The Girling braking system and mechanical parking brake provide reliable stopping power, and the 2-post ROPS keeps the operator protected without adding unnecessary height. At around 2,500 kg (4WD with ROPS), it punches well above its weight class.
